Example: we needed a large enough vehicle for our 4 greyhounds to fit comfortably with all back seats down. They recommend a 2014 GMC Acadia and within one month we were in it at an excellent price well below the book value.

Rodney did a great job getting me financed at 3.54% the same day I came in and the next day I couldn't get a ride but needed the vehicle asap so he was nice enough to come all the way West Hartford to pick me up. The vehicle was ready to go with all the plates and protectors on it and it was freshly detailed with gas in the tank.
