This is our fifth Nissan vehicle with Crowley at the Bristol location, Bill and I consider you all like family. We are always greeted with a HUGE welcome, hug and updates on health and family. We always experience patience as we research, ask questions with receiving very knowledgeable answers as we test drive vehicles. In addition to after the sale, the Service Department is also exceptional with the maintenance of our vehicles and very accommodating with service hours. Overall a good experience buying a brand new car here. Negotiation process was less painful than other dealerships I've dealt with. Appointment was on time and my trade in and paperwork were handled very quickly and I was in my new car same day. I did ask finance not run my credit through multiple banks, but there were multiple hard inquiries on my report which brought my credit score down and that's what I was trying to avoid. It went from excellent to good so hopefully those clear off soon. Austin was a great sales person to work with, took the time to answer my questions and knew what he was talking about, unlike some of the other sales associates at other dealerships that couldn't tell me the features of the car. I would definitely recommend him. Its only been a week or so, but I'm very happy with the car itself and appreciated his input so I could make the right choice.
Crowley Nissan has a fun atmosphere! The employees are happy which translates into a nice experience, it was relaxed and easy. Our salesman, Dave Piper, was awesome, great to work with. We never felt high pressure, and he went the extra mile to get us into the vehicle. Paperwork portion of the process was efficient and painless, Kate Crowley was wonderful. Definitely would buy another vehicle from Crowley!
Crowley Nissan has the best staff, great prices and wide variety of vehicles; anything they don't have on location, they do everything to locate to meet your needs. My salesperson, Harvey Marrero, was the best and the reason I decided to upgrade from my Rogue to my Pathfinder. Harvey took time all the time that was needed, with me and my young son, to explore all of my options. Harvey was patient and professional throughout the process. He made us feel at ease and never made us feel pressured or rushed to "close the sale". It was by far the best car sale experience I have ever had, at Crowley or any other car dealership.
