Incredible staff. Amazing prices. The (assistant?) manager of the store came over to help me pull down beds (that were 50% off!) for my dog. At one point he even offered to hold the leash while I tried them out with her. When we were ringing up they offered me a membership which was incredibly convenient because I lost my receipt and had to make a return and they could pull up my last purchase through my membership.
Wow you guys are awesome! Today I rescued a rabbit from the heatwave and came to your store to get a waterbottle for it. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store by a few of your employees. The product I was looking for was easy to find by the way the aisles are labeled. Going to the register I could tell one of your employees noticed the panic in my face and quickly rang me out. I asked the guy if I could have the store fill the waterbottle for me (the rabbit was in the car with the Ac on) and he said it was no problem. He even went to check on the rabbit for me to see if there was anything I needed help with. How awesome! Anyways I sat in the car for awhile helping the rabbit drink and I noticed the bottle leaking a bit, went back inside and the guy explained it does that but eventually stops. (The one I had for a previous rabbit never did but the guy was right!) I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the store and that employee for the help today. You guys were fast, knowledgeable, and welcoming!
......don't shop here. Especially if you have small pets like I do. The people are kind but the selection for small animals is abysmal and what is there is overpriced. For specialty items for cats and dogs, you could get a better price from a big box store, online, or even your local farm store.
When I was leaving from the bed purchase, the gentlemen who helped me with the beds carried it out for me so I could open my trunk.
