Extremely warm and friendly staff. Everyone gave you one on attention and as a walk-in I was seen very quickly. Even though I had an insurance issue everything was explained to me. I look forward to future business at this office! Thank you again!
If u have toothpain and think its walk in nope.they left me there for almost 4 hours in pain and did nothing but charged for a xray wow!!! Unbelievable buts its the truth all i got to say is
I cannot believe this office has so many good ratings. The dentist DRILLED HOLES in my teeth just to make more work for a profit! They had some nerve to keep calling me back for a follow up appointment. Everything is about money for some people, no intregrity. Why go to a doctor that you don't trust? Listen to the news have an idea of what types of people usually do these things because it does happen and no one talks about it. Maybe they changed but this is my honest review. Never again!
If I could give a zero star score I def would have... I went here years ago when I couldn't get into my regular dentist and waited 4 hrs to be seen WITH an apt. The office is open until 7 pm and at 4:39 I was told I can come as a walk in but they can't promise to get the work done today...understandable. But to be told I'd have to most likely wait until 7 to even be seen by the dr to be told whether or not they would do it today is absurd... why even offer it to me and say u prob won't be seen until after 7. And back to why I never went back I received a filling on a tooth and when the Novocain wore off I felt a giant while in my tooth when I went to my original dentist he stated there was noooo way that a spot they were monitoring turned into a cavity that big for the amount of tooth they drilled and whatever dr dental filled he drilled out and left a slight covering (hole) of the white filling....my current dentist fixed the work. The only reason I even called was out of desperation due to a wisdom tooth that was impacted and finally came all the way out but is causing severe pain and my current dentist can't fit me in until next week.
Really good place!!! Good costumer service too. From the minute you enter the door till you leave they treat you with a very friendly smile. Dr. Kim did a wonderful job doing the clean up for me and my mom. She's excellent at her job. Her assistance did a great job with the x rays too. I highly recommend this place. Its clean and they know exactly what they're doing. Definitely coming back!!!!!
