Vets are knowledgeable and very nice. I was seeing a different vet when my puppy Great Dane got very sick. My vet at the time didn't take it seriously. We brought her to VCA and they ran tests and did xrays within a day of first seeing her. Unfortunately while waiting for our other vet, before taking her to VCA, the aggressive cancer she had progressed too fast to do much but make her comfortable and let her enjoy what little life she had left. We got a new puppy and I wouldn't ever take him anywhere but VCA. These vets are wonderful. They took great care of our girl and helped tremendously with the grief we were feeling. They cried with us, these people who had only known our girl for a few short weeks. Our other vet didn't care at all and they had treated her from the day we brought her home. VCA now takes great care of our new puppy, kitten and adult male cat. I love this office and I truly am greatful to all of these wonderful people. I would NEVER take my pets anywhere else.
Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and caring. We even got a follow up call to check on our cat. Our family Dr's don't even do that.
I just wanted to say how welcoming this Vet Hospital made me feel. My dog was bit at a dog park and my original vet office was closed the day it happened, this office was able to get my dog in to be seen asap even tho we were not clients. My dog had a puncture wound near her eye that could of been a dangerous situtation. My dog was very timid and they were so calm with her and patient. They even gave her a pink elephant stuffed toy because she was such a good girl. (By the way that's the only toy she seems to play with right now) If I haven't already established a Vet for my dog I would definitely keep this office.
I had an emergency with my dog on a Sunday morning. Most vets just turned us away but they were able to get us right in. And they treated us like a regular client! We will be back! Thank you again!

There was a male veterinarian who helped our puppy we are indebted to them for that. There's a female veterinarian that wouldn't believe a word we said concerning our sick cat. Like I got a reason to lie about anything. So it is with a mixed heart that I say it can be Touch and Go. The ladies behind the counter the secretaries the assistance they're all wonderful there.
