Ordered pizza to be delivered at my address on the Farmington-Bristol line. The order went through to this store, they made the pizza, then realized that my address was out of their delivery limits. They have delivered to us in the past with no issues. They called and told us to come pick it up the ready pizza. We live 10 mins down the road. The manager was rude, would not listen to my complaint, instead he talked over me with broken English and mumbles. Very disappointed with the service I received. We paid for the pizza, and it was cold as a rock when it finally made it home. I am a veteran, I would not recommend their service to anyone.
I use to think the pizzas were decent, until I walked in to place an order and waited...blonde kid picked his nose.,,.grossed me out...he went straight to the fridge to grab the pizza already in a pan...without washing his hands...I walked out...nasty place.
I ordered and paid for my order online. The driver got here in a timely manner and the food was ok. My issue is that when the driver got here, he asked for my credit card and id. I told him that I would give him my id but I wasn't giving him my credit card. I have ordered from Domino's before and never have been asked for my credit card by a driver. He said it is a brand new policy. I called the local Domino's store and they checked to make sure I have been a customer of theirs in the past and when they confirmed that I was, they said the would let it go this time. I told them that if this is their policy I will not be ordering from them again. They continued to defend this policy stating that it is for my own protection. I don't understand how showing a stranger my credit card info after it has already been entered online is protecting me in any way shape or form. They contacted the driver to let him know to just give me the food without the credit card but the driver continued to try to convince me that this policy is for my own protection and defending this policy. His version of what happens when they don't check changed several times. I don't even blame the driver honestly, this policy is bad and it has lost me as a customer.
The delivery always comes late sometimes 2 hours late and it comes cold and not good at all and I just had called them they answer then say hi we're closed bye but they don't close for awhile and it's terrible just order from papa johns
Love their pizza and their secret garlic sauce plus they are fast when delivering.
