there's never an employee onsite to help, i had a issue where the machine took my $20 and no one around to help at all called a number they left on the widow took them (the owner and his wife) almost two hours to come from another part of ct just to refund me my money and not to mention how rude his wife was trying to assume i didnt put money in the machine in the first place ....a whole 2 god damn hours without my laundry done on top of what it took to actually get done ...idk what's up with bristol laundromats but yall need to get it together not the first spot in bristol i had a issue with -_-

This place is not far from me, various machines are in here for different loads, they're sturdy top of the line- the 80lb dryers are beasts. Although they say free dryer, it's built into the cost of the machine $7.30 for 55lb and about $10 on 80lb washer. This place uses a card system - first card costs you a buck (must have a dollar bill) if you load $20 cash you get a $2 bonus.
Price is good. Includes FREE drying time with every load you wash. Mediocore maintenance of facility. Always has several machine "out of order". Cleanliness is OK. I recommend, however, as the best on this side of bristol.
Do I have to come here? Nope, my complex has a little laundry room which is a pain.
Old machines , no employee on site to help customers, bad service overall . I will never recommend this place to anyone. There's way better laundrymat's in Bristol .
