For the first time in my life I am leaving a bad review for a Salon. My sister and cousin are both professional hairdressers and I should have listened to them. NEVER Get an ombre color done by anyone who has to ask how to do it properly!! Not only did Latifa promise me the color (purple) would last three months, easily, but she also gave me no real care instructions on how to best care for my new color. I had my hair done with a chocolate brown with ombre purple at the ends on my BIRTHDAY on November 1 and today there is no real color left in the bottom part of my hair. The nameless Salon Manager wanted me to come back tonight and have it redone, but when Latifa not only HAD NO CLUE HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM (Asking Jordan their other stylist what to do!!) but then gave me an attitude that she would never have said the purple would last three months (LIAR) and that I would NEVER get a refund....I gave up and left. I will never let those people near my hair again. Steer clear. My mother bought me a $250 dollar color job which isn't worth $1.50 and I'm going to pay her back I feel SO terrible and LOOK so terrible. NEVER SASSU AGAIN!!
