Love this Sprint store. Great customer service
Greg is amazing at this store! They are friendly and helpful there, but I feel Greg knows his stuff better than most. I would wait to always deal with Greg.
I recently went in there to buy a phone for me and my wife and I honestly have to say my experience there was phenomenal I was met at the doorwith a greeting service was very good the sales manager Emmanuel Berrouet Took the time to find me a deal on a phone and not just the most expensive one but one that fits all my needs and help me navigate through it until I understood both the phone and the plan along with the district manager Scott Nguyen Who over saw the entire transaction and made me feel comfortable by making sure that my bill is the same every month and answered all of the questions I had including those of my pregnant wife I have to say in a day and age where customer service is "help yourself" or stay lost this was a pleasant change these two demonstrated the courtesy and patience that most stores lack in for this reason alone I will never go to another sprint store (because I will never have a need to)or another carrier service for that matter these two are true pioneers when it comes to customer service I thank them both for their time and for making buying something as easy and-pain-free as possible this was an amazing experience and I wish every store had this level of excellence and customer service!!!!!!
Been a customer for many years. I barely had an issue and usually a pleasant experience. Recently I had to deal with Greg ( I didn't care for his attitude or how he handled things. Never had any issues going through Jose or Scott. The manager there with dreads didn't even seem friendly. Two messages where left for the DM Scott to call me. He never called. Not a good way to do business
