This is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks where the machine didn't work when I drove in (and I was charged anyway) - today, the tires on my brand new car are completely scratched on the driver's side (and the wash didn't work either!). My biggest frustration is there is no contact information to be found anyone regarding how to contact someone in the event of a malfunction. I guess I'll have to find a new car wash on my way into work.
Just went to use the touch less automatic the pay pedestal took my 7 dollars and the machine sprayed my car with suds and then stopped working. I google the place to find a phone number to call, found one and called it only to for it to tell to look on the pay pedestals for a phone number to call directly. However, I had looked before googling and there is no number. I will not be going here again. Terrible service and a scam. I'm now out 7 dollars and my car covered in mud going to find another car wash to use.
Just terrible. Went through the automatic wash and absolutely no dirt was removed. And there wasn't a manager anywhere. Awful service, worse wash. Don't go here.
Bad wash nothing else !!!! Don't wash anything off
Never go here I payed for the deluxe wash, it lasted 30 seconds and didn't get any dirt off. I wish there negative star option worst car wash ever.
