Nicest group of guys! Needed to quickly swap the pulley from the old to the new alternator for the hmmwv with impact gun. Stopped in, less than 5 min later left with job completed.
I never feel comfortable bringing my car to a shop because they usually try to get as much money out of you as possible but this place was such a good experience! The guys were so nice willing to fix every problem with out any hesitation! Even sent me a thank you card for working on my car! No Thank you guys, you were great and Damon did a great job fixing my car and back to normal again!
I get the best service with Meineke! As a female it is really hard to trust what a mechanic says is wrong, they would give me the run around and make me question their decision because as a female they think we know nothing. The gentlemen at Meineke are very detailed in every decision made, they also send you a full report via text which I find to be amazing!!! it shows the work that was done, the issues that were found with outstanding evidence that explains the reason. After a couple of GREAT experiences I would never bring my vehicle anywhere else. Meineke takes the time to make sure I understand and doesn't talk to me like a female but an actual human being! and I love it! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!! AMAZING help! and AMAZING service! AMAZING people!!!!!!!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

I was blindsighted by this repair shop....When I explained the heater was not working on my older model V70 Volvo with high milege I was told by the techician to bring it in and he would waiver the diagnostic fee, I specifically told him at this time that I was not looking to put large amounts of money into repairs since the car is old and has high milege,,Skip to the completion .. my bill was over 1,000 dollars for a heater blower and resistor..Why ? Because this repair shop used genuine Volvo parts to replace the old ones... I was NEVER educated or given the option to use after market parts that are readily available... Why ? because the mark up is so sweet for this place using the overly priced Volvo parts... How cruel of them not to offer me options.. It sickens me that as a woman or any woman who enters these greedy places that they purposely withhold valuable information on my options in place of profits. I was able to find out that after market pricing on these two parts would have saved me over 400 dollars... Plus when my husband called to speak to the regional manager he was obnoxious....argumentitve, talking about his minor 10 % profit he makes on parts ..never caring or working with us for a resolution.... Taunting us to call corporate telling us they basically do not care either...Ladies stay away from this place. Witholding information to a female customer is just as bad as not doing the job correctly in the first place. if I wanted to pay 1000 in repair bills I would have driven it directly to the dealer. Thank fully I put this over priced bill on my credit card in dispute and will take these over charges all the way to the state of CT..Fortunately there is a state agency that cares more then these sharks do
